What to include

For an existing order, include the order number, your name and a description of the help you need. For returns, ask us for the downloadable return form, prepaid shipping label and return address. Do not email complete payment-card details.

Cancellations and order changes

To request cancellation or an address or order change, contact support@eldenwayhome.com as soon as possible. These requests can only be completed before shipment. Once an order has shipped, use the procedures in our Return and Refund Policy. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains available.
