Who operates ELDENWAY HOME?

ELDENWAY DINING LLC, established in 2026, operates the store. Our business address and linked contact details are below.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Poland. Available delivery addresses and any shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.

What currency and payment methods do you use?

We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment options available for your checkout are displayed before you pay. Prices and order payments are in euros (EUR).

When will my order arrive?

Order cut-off: 14:00 ET on business days.
Order processing: 1–2 business days.
Transit after dispatch: 3–5 business days.
Total estimated delivery: 4–7 business days.

Orders placed after 14:00 ET, on weekends or on U.S. public holidays enter processing on the next business day. Business days for our published processing and delivery estimates are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. If a delivery issue arises, ELDENWAY DINING LLC will investigate, communicate with you and arrange an appropriate resolution.

When can I contact you?

Customer service is available Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 ET (U.S. Eastern Time). Order processing and customer service are closed on weekends and U.S. public holidays. ET follows Eastern Standard Time or Eastern Daylight Time as applicable.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

To request cancellation or an address or order change, contact support@eldenwayhome.com as soon as possible. These requests can only be completed before shipment. Once an order has shipped, use the procedures in our Return and Refund Policy. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains available.

Can I return an item even if it is not defective?

We accept returns of defective and non-defective products requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Send your commercial return within 14 calendar days after authorization. Original packaging is not mandatory. We charge no restocking fee and pay return and exchange shipping. Direct exchanges are available.

How do I obtain the return form?

Contact support@eldenwayhome.com with your order number. We send a downloadable return form to print, a prepaid label and the correct return destination. If you cannot print, ask us for an alternative. Original packaging is not mandatory.

Can I exchange directly?

Yes. Request a direct exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery and return the item within 14 calendar days after authorization. We pay return and replacement shipping and confirm availability and any price difference first.

When do I receive my refund?

We process refunds within 5 business days after receiving the returned goods and checking the return. Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment account may take an additional 3–10 business days to show the funds. Statutory withdrawal refunds follow the separate legal deadline described in our Return and Refund Policy; the 5-business-day processing period does not extend that deadline.

Do I have a statutory withdrawal right?

Yes. You may notify us of withdrawal within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods and send them back within 14 calendar days after that notice. Our approval is not required to exercise this right. Full details and the statutory refund deadline are in our Return and Refund Policy.

What if my item is faulty or my parcel is lost?

Contact us directly. We investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy at our expense. Statutory conformity rights continue beyond the 30-day commercial return period.

Are scene accessories and cushion inserts included?

Accessories and other items shown in lifestyle images are not included unless expressly listed. Cushion covers do not include inserts unless the product listing expressly states otherwise. Materials, construction and dimensions appear on each product page.
