Terms of service

These terms govern use of eldenwayhome.com, operated by ELDENWAY DINING LLC. Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

Using the store

Use the store lawfully and provide accurate information when placing orders or contacting us. You must have legal capacity to make a purchase, or appropriate authorization. Do not interfere with the store's security, submit fraudulent orders or use its content unlawfully.

Product information

Product pages identify the goods, materials, construction, dimensions, price and included items. Accessories shown in lifestyle images are not included unless expressly listed. Cushion covers are supplied without inserts unless the listing expressly includes one. Product information must describe the goods supplied; if your order differs from the description, contact us for a remedy.

Orders and payment

We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment options available for your checkout are displayed before you pay. Prices and order payments are in euros (EUR).

The total payable amount, including applicable tax and any shipping charge, is shown before payment. See our Terms of Sale for order acceptance and corrections.

Delivery and returns

Order cut-off: 14:00 ET on business days.
Order processing: 1–2 business days.
Transit after dispatch: 3–5 business days.
Total estimated delivery: 4–7 business days.

Orders placed after 14:00 ET, on weekends or on U.S. public holidays enter processing on the next business day. Business days for our published processing and delivery estimates are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. If a delivery issue arises, ELDENWAY DINING LLC will investigate, communicate with you and arrange an appropriate resolution.

We accept returns of defective and non-defective products requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Send your commercial return within 14 calendar days after authorization. Original packaging is not mandatory. We charge no restocking fee and pay return and exchange shipping. Direct exchanges are available.

We process refunds within 5 business days after receiving the returned goods and checking the return. Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment account may take an additional 3–10 business days to show the funds. Statutory withdrawal refunds follow the separate legal deadline described in our Return and Refund Policy; the 5-business-day processing period does not extend that deadline.

To request cancellation or an address or order change, contact support@eldenwayhome.com as soon as possible. These requests can only be completed before shipment. Once an order has shipped, use the procedures in our Return and Refund Policy. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains available.

Our responsibility

ELDENWAY DINING LLC is responsible for the store, accurate sales information, order fulfillment, delivery arrangements, customer support and contractual and statutory remedies. We handle problems directly. No term excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or requires you to surrender mandatory consumer rights.

Our commercial policies add to your legal rights. Consumers in Poland retain all mandatory protections available under applicable Polish and EU consumer law, including the legal guarantee of conformity for at least two years from delivery. Where goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract, you may seek repair or replacement free of charge and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or refund. These rights are not limited to our 30-day commercial return period.

Content and disputes

Store branding and authored content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use information reasonably for personal shopping purposes. Contact support@eldenwayhome.com about a complaint. Applicable mandatory Polish and EU consumer protections remain in force, and you retain the right to use competent courts and available consumer complaint procedures.

Any revision of these website terms applies prospectively; accepted orders remain governed by the terms agreed at purchase. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
